Identify and locate individuals with incomplete immunization histories. Contact parents or guardians of identified individuals and provide education on the purpose and utility of the registry. Locate additional immunization records for individuals and ensure that all immunization information is entered into ImmTrac and/or TWICES. Resolve questionable matches in IMMTrac/TWICES. Maintain records of all client contacts, the results of outreach activities and documentation of all training activities provided. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school or GED (six months additional coursework beyond high school in a health related field is preferred or one year of combined related experience may be substituted for additional coursework. One (1) year of experience in general clerical/secretarial experience and have the ability to type 30 wpm; ten key by touch, be able to file alphabetically or numerically and must have data entry experience along with knowledge of software applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, Database programs, Internet and electronic mail.
